Our experience here was very good. Clean and the staff was wonderfully friendly. We appreciated our good sized room with a view. The breakfasts were satisfactory with the coffee provided, the fresh waffles and great service.

The room is brand-new and well-equipped with a view. The staff are amazingly friendly, we greatly enjoyed them. The hotel's location is amazing and incredible with free parking.

Extremely comfy beds and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. Marvellous amazing location, to forgive how dated everything looks inside.

The hotel's location was stunning, just off a Mexican restaurant that had great food and staff as well as weedy areas. Dined at Sandpiper Restaurant, it was within easy walking distance of the venue.

Some of the staff were exceptionally rude.

Every detail of the hotel was perfect, all the staff were excellent and efficient. The location was magnificent, not very far from Museum of Idaho. It also was next to parks and a river.

Well, it was a very pleasant stay for 2 Nights. Our room was brand-new and well-equipped with a mini fridge and a carpet. The location was beautiful and incredible, right by Riverwalk which was beautiful and places to eat, and shops and restaurants...

The hotel was in a favourable location, close to the falls. The room was large and had a fabulous view of the falls and of downtown.

Great location near the temple, great restaurants in the local area. Huge unit with a coffeemaker and a washing machine. Amazingly nice staff; perfect check in.

The staff was pleasant and responsive to requests. We thoroughly enjoyed continental breakfast with plenty of different meals.

The setting was marvellous, so close to two hours west of Jackson Hole close. I was offered a room with fabulous views of the river. The staff was superfriendly and affable, the breakfast offered was free with a great selection of food.

It's a magnificent hotel with friendly services. All the staff members are super-friendly and amicable. This is a property go-to for Idaho Falls!

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

Everything was clean and perfect. Its location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect near good restaurant. Food was fab and excellent; the staff were very helpful.

Fairly clean place, friendly service, very nice and pleasant staff. Good location of the hotel, not far from a beautiful river park and walk and the river walk trails and public areas. Hot food in the attached restaurant. Nice overall experience.
